Jessica Vila – Office Manager

Jessica is a dedicated and seasoned professional who joined Redbank Family Dentistry in the summer of 2023. With an impressive 25 years of experience in management and insurance in the medical field, she successfully transitioned to the dental industry in 2021.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of New York, Jessica decided to embark on a new chapter in her life by relocating to the beautiful low country in 2020. Her diverse background and extensive experience have equipped her with a unique perspective that she brings to her work at Redbank Family Dentistry .

Outside of work, Jessica is dedicated to spending quality time with her family. In her leisure time, she enjoys various activities that help her unwind and recharge, like exploring new destinations while traveling. Additionally, Jessica has a knack for DIY home improvement projects, where she combines creativity and practicality to transform living spaces.

Jennifer Timmerman – Lead Hygienist

Jennifer is the lead hygienist here at Redbank Family Dentistry , having joined our team in 2015. Originally from the Philippines, while her father served in the US Coast Guard, she spent the bulk of her childhood in Hawaii and Connecticut, until settling down in Goose Creek over 20 years ago.

Jennifer received her associate’s degree from Trident Technical College and with over 30 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills. Jennifer thoroughly enjoys working with her dental family to ensure our patients experience the highest standard of care.

In her leisure time, Jennifer prioritizes spending quality time with her family and her two dogs. Along with her love of travel, Jennifer is an avid health enthusiast who regularly attends the gym.

Audrey Maciel – Hygienist

Audrey joined the Hygiene team at Redbank Family Dentistry in the Spring of 2023. She earned her hygiene credentials in 2011 from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA.

Originally from Southern California, Audrey bravely moved to the low country with her family in 2021, seeking new opportunities and experiences.

Beyond her professional dedication, Audrey finds joy in spending quality time with her loving husband and three children along with their two cherished mini dachshunds who bring joy and laughter to their household. Her passions extend to gardening, DIY projects, and hiking, allowing her to maintain a healthy work-life balance and foster her creativity. With her commitment to excellence and a wealth of experience, Audrey is an invaluable asset to the team.

Erica Taylor – Dental Assistant

Erica joined our clinical team at Redbank Family Dentistry in 2021. Under the mentorship of Dr. Gauthier, she has gained valuable insights and skills that have helped her grow tremendously in the dental field.

Erica’s love of dentistry expands beyond assisting, and in the fall of 2025, she will embark on a new and exciting chapter in her life as she pursues her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. Erica is eager to expand her knowledge and skills even further, as well as looking forward to making a greater impact on the dental health and happiness of our community.

In Erica’s downtime, she makes quality time with her family and friends a priority, however, her favorite pastime of all is enjoying all of life’s adventures with her beautiful daughter.
